Is there a fast way to copy ports?

I'm constantly cvsup-ing my ports, then i have to copy it to various jails and

cp -r /usr/ports /jails/<blah>/usr/ports

takes like ages...

Is there a faster way to do it? Symbolic linking doesnt work from within the jail unfortunatly.

what will work is if you have your ports on a server, and export that using nfs, and just mount it in each of your jail's /usr/ports.

works 100% for me.

cd /usr/ports
mkdir -p JAILDIR/usr/ports/
tar cvf - . | (cd JAILDIR/usr/ports/; tar xf -)
